    Martin Clinton is the Building Performance Services Manager at UMC, specializing in improving building operations and clean buildings compliance. He and his team perform building tune-ups, facility assessments, energy audits, training, energy coaching, and more. He brings unique experience with over 25 years of operations and maintenance experience in healthcare, oil & gas and nuclear power sectors. He is certified as both an Energy Manager (CEM) and Energy Auditor (CEA) by the Association of Energy Engineers. He has been a guest speaker for the Puget Sound Chapters of ASHRAE & WSSHE.
