Stephanie Leisle

Stephanie Leisle is the Senior Planner for the Resource Conservation Program within Pierce County Facilities Management. She leads projects and policies that support the County’s goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 40 percent by 2030 and oversees compliance with Washington’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard. Stephanie works closely with Maintenance and Operations and Capital Construction teams to advance high‑performance building strategies and is currently implementing Pierce County’s first comprehensive energy management platform to enhance building analytics and operational efficiency. With more than 25 years of experience in public‑sector sustainability, Stephanie is committed to building strong relationships and driving organizational change that benefits both the environment and the communities she serves.
