    Faith DeBolt is the CEO of Lattice Energy Works (formerly SBW Consulting). Ms. DeBolt is a recognized leader in whole-building, performance-based approaches to reducing energy use and carbon emissions at scale. With a mechanical engineering background and 25 years in the energy industry, she leads a firm that integrates program implementation, building performance engineering, evaluation and M&V, and policy support into a technically rigorous practice. Her current work centers on:

    • Building Performance Standards: Leading policy development support as well as a turnkey service for commercial and multifamily building owners navigating BPS compliance in the Northwest.
    • Performance-Based Programs and Savings Estimation: Advancing whole-building approaches with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that drive measurable energy savings and carbon reductions.
    • Gathering industry peers for conversation and connection: Creating space for cross-pollination of ideas from stakeholder facilitation and the SEM Collaborative BPS working group to Women for Mass Decarbonization (WMD!) and small/diverse-owned business collaboration.
    Ms. DeBolt has a proven track record helping jurisdictions, utilities, non-profits, and building owners develop ambitious yet achievable building performance policies, then building the programs and technical infrastructure to deliver on them. She combines rigorous data-driven analysis with collaborative partnerships, and is committed to growing a diverse, employee-centered firm positioned at the intersection of technical excellence and transformative climate policy.
